Video Contest 2010

Your Video. Your Vision.

The Contest

· Create a video short which completes the phrase "Israel is..."

The Prize

· The winning video entry will be featured on a float on Parade Day - Sunday, May 23, 2010.

The Contestant

· Contestants must be in grades 9-12.

· Contestants must be affiliated with a marching group that is officially registered to participate in the 2010 Salute to Israel Parade.

The Timeline

· Deadline for video submissions: April 15, 2010 (11:59:59 EST)

· Contest finalists will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on the Salute to Israel Parade website, www.salutetoisrael.com, on April 22, 2010.

· The public will vote for the winning video on the Parade website from May 1 - May 15, 2010 (11:59:59 EST).

The Specifics

· Videos can be of any genre: animation, fiction, action, drama, documentary etc.

· Videos must not exceed three minutes in length.
