Hello! It gives us great pleasure to invite you to join us for the 46th annual Salute to Israel Parade, which will take place on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue on Sunday, May 23, 2010, rain or shine. This year, the Parade will continue its long-standing tradition of pageantry and artistry as we celebrate the many and varied aspects of Israel’s Ongoing Heritage through our creative theme: “Lights… Camera… Action… ISRAEL!” The Salute to Israel Parade is an Official Marching Band Competition. With over 20 marching bands, drum corps and bagpipers competing in four divisions, we hope to provide a moving stage for you to showcase your talent to the delight of our spectators.
